The small print.

Effective 25 October 2026. These terms cover the Tiny Chaos Inc. website and shared office game. “Tiny Chaos Inc.” is the project name. The service is operated by tinychaosinc. Contact us through @tinychaosinc.

Joining and your account

Entering the office means you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must agree to your use. Use a handle you control. New members can enter with a handle, then set a unique Tiny Chaos password in Account setup. Never enter your Instagram password. Keep your recovery key private. Until you set a password, access depends on your original signed-in browser. Returning on another browser requires a password or ownership recovery.

Creating an account is free and immediate. New accounts wait on interview until their handle appears in a follower list imported by the operator, or the operator places them after checking. Interviewees can view the room and manage their account; walking and emotes become available after placement. Follower checks are manual and are not instant. Existing accounts keep their place during this transition. Creating a website account does not verify ownership of an Instagram account or prove that you follow our page. We may ask for a message from that Instagram account for optional Instagram ownership verification, Board recognition, recovery or an ownership dispute.

A fictional company

Employees, departments, bosses and the Founding Board are game roles. They do not create employment, company ownership, shares, compensation, legal directorships or investment rights. Board recognition is free, subject to verification and limited to 100 numbered seats. A deleted account loses its seat; that number is retired.

Community decisions

Daily feature polls run on this website. Set a Tiny Chaos password to vote; Instagram DM verification is not required. Each account can cast one final vote per poll before its displayed cutoff. Published choices stay fixed, and tied or empty polls do not select a sole winner. Instagram also collects suggestions. The operator implements the resulting changes; voting does not instantly add a feature. We may exclude impersonation, spam, unsafe suggestions or manipulated activity. No particular feature, release date or outcome is guaranteed.

Play fairly

Do not impersonate others, harass people, publish private information, exploit security flaws, automate abusive registrations or disrupt the service. We may restrict or remove accounts that break these rules, and investigate ownership disputes. You can contact @tinychaosinc to ask for a review.

Your contributions and the world

You keep rights to your original contributions. When you submit a suggestion to this project, you allow us to use it to run, display and improve the office and show the resulting game world in Tiny Chaos posts and videos. Your public handle, character and actions can appear in recordings of the shared world. Do not submit material you lack permission to share. See Privacy for removal requests.

Purchases

No paid checkout or Bitcoin payment is currently offered on this website. Joining and Board verification require no payment. Any future paid item must have a clear description, price, delivery and refund terms before checkout. Virtual items will not grant an investment return or legal ownership of the company.

Availability and changes

This is an evolving beta. Features and visuals may change; interruptions, bugs and loss of progress are possible. The service is provided as available, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the website before they apply; your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
